Idalia is expected to make landfall on Florida’s Gulf Coast on Wednesday morning.

It was a Category 2 hurricane late Tuesday but could be a Category 3 storm tonight, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Seas were getting rougher and winds picking up around Florida on Tuesday. Webcams situated along the coastline could capture the worsening conditions as Idalia draws closer.
